Lifeline ... a
personal emergency alarm response system ...

Lifeline helps you remain safely in your home when you:

  • Are homebound
  • Live alone
  • Are an older adult
  • Are recovering from an illness or injury
  • Have medical problems, or
  • Have a disabling condition

Help at the touch of a button ...

  • You wear a small wireless button which lets you call for help without having to get to your phone.
  • An automatic timer alerts Info Line if you are not active each day.
  • When you need help, press the portable "HELP" button. The Lifeline unit sends a message through your phone to Info Line.
  • Info Line monitors enact your personal emergency plan. Your volunteer responders come to your aid (friends, family, etc.)
  • If you need professional emergency help, Info Line can summon paramedics or police to help you.

You can get Lifeline if you have the following ...

  • A telephone.
  • A Lifeline unit installed in your home by Info Line's trained technicians.
  • Two volunteer responders who will help you in an emergency.
