no-interest loan to individuals who are without health insurance
coverage and need prescriptions or medical treatment.

of Summit County ... a community collaborative which tracks
services provided to homeless clients throughout Summit County to
determine efficient allocations of resources and effective coordination
of services.
Project Connect ...
a support program for nonprofit organizations to upgrade their
technology capabilities and utilize their resources more effectively,
resulting in stronger organizations which can serve more people.
